How online booking works
Can I really book an appointment in the middle of the night?
Yes. Our online scheduler is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It books you into a real opening on our practice calendar and confirms your time immediately, even at 2 AM. Treatment itself happens during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is online booking a real appointment or just a request?
It is a real appointment. The scheduler shows actual open times on our calendar, and the slot you pick is yours. If anything about your visit needs adjusting, a team member will reach out during office hours before your appointment.
What if I am in pain right now?
Call us at 540-315-3725 any hour, day or night. Our phones are answered 24/7, and we hold same-day emergency slots Monday to Friday for exactly this. If you would rather not call, the online scheduler can also book you into the next available emergency opening.
Do I need to be an existing patient to book online?
No. New patients are welcome to book online, and most first visits are scheduled in under five minutes. You can also complete your new patient registration forms online ahead of time so your first appointment starts on schedule.
